About the agency
UPSA is Ukraine’s private space agency. We are convinced: Ukraine’s next step in space will be made by the private sector. We are preparing that step.
Who we are
UPSA, the Ukrainian Private Space Agency, founded on 16 July 2026: its own programmes, its own instruments, its own pace. In its first month the agency shipped two public services.
Private means fast: the shortest path from decision to result. We talk about what is done, not what is promised.
