UPSA Radar: everything above Earth, live
UPSA Radar went live a week after the agency bought its domain: upsa.org.ua was registered on 23 July 2026, and by 30 July the radar was online. It is a live 3D globe showing every tracked object in Earth orbit — 18,722 at launch.
The radar receives no ready-made positions from a server. The browser downloads only orbital elements and computes each object’s position in real time; the elements refresh every six hours from the open CelesTrak catalogue.
For now the catalogue is dominated by active spacecraft and tracked debris; the full catalogue, including inactive spacecraft and rocket bodies, is the service’s next step.
